Was Stephen Paddock the least photographed man in 21st century America?

The only known photograph of him in the past 20 years is of him with his eyes closed? Where did that one come from? Why are there no others?

He is a 64yr old man. He probably didn't really do Social Media much.
I am 43. Here aren't a lot of pictures out there of me. I just don't take very many.

And he was supposedly a frequent gambler but no video has appeared of him carrying all of these weapons into a casino hotel. Probably more camera in Vegas that anywhere in the world!

The casino gains nothing but more notoriety by releasing the video. And the authorities are more concerned with their investigation that quickly releasing the video for the general public.
As for social media, he's in his mid-60s and his only post was made relatively soon before the shootings. If he didn't have much family (which the case seems to be), it's easily believable that he wasn't busy uploading photos to facebook.

I recall when Johnny Carson's son died the pic in all the news stories was his driver's license. Carson went on his show and showed other pics of him, saying no one should be remembered by a DL photo.
