LSU will lose well over $35million if we have a losing season. No bowls. No playoffs. Decreased attendance. Decreased primetime showtimes and media deals. Decreased merchandise sales. Decreased concession sales... etc.

The fact that there's a buyout clause at all is pretty ridiculous. It's not like he had better options.
Do they even do that for coaches in the NFL?
