I defended Miles for years and even I agree with that.

Though, I'd say it ought to have been done either at the end of 2015 or the end of 2016. We actually, in retrospect, got no advantage at all in firing him after 4 games and took an unnecessary PR hit in the process. If we were going to just promote the mother fricking DL coach, we could have waited until the end of the year...
