Because it's nasty. Warm shelf salsa is gross.

The GV Cantina Salsa feels like it's welded shut. That is no joke.

If you're gonna get warm salsa, go with Hell On The Red mild or hot. Goof stuff

You don't refrigerate before opening?

Even if you're weak and don't lift they are easy to open.

Take a kitchen utensil like a knife and hit the lid on the side with the utensil handle. It will open easier.

I don’t buy salsa on the warm shelf. The temperature isn’t the point. The jarred shite is cheap, cooked crap. The stuff in the coolers will be fresh, therefore refrigerated.

While we're here can we all agree that if you buy mild salsa, you suck?

If it's too hot you can't get the flavors

Eh, the plastic part is annoying. I just use a knife though.

And alberts is an example of fresh stuff. Much better than the jarred crap.
