Longer than a year. Mismanagement and poor decisions.
Anyone know what the deal is with the house on 9 fairway? Looks like it's been vacant for a year.

Welp for started the HOA owns it now. Know a few guys out there pretty goodand they are trying. Have a new guy out there now, but the clusterfrick over the last few years has hurt the course a good bit. Hopefully by next spring the plan they have will have the course moving in the right direction. I like playing it. It's a fun course and my buddy lives out there. Gives me a reason to drink some beers...
