i honestly think if I was in OPs position
id start having "back problems"
work part-time
drain all assets - buy bitcoin (say you lost it gambling )
make cash withdrawals
start having lunch/drinks at the casino
go to gambling addiction meetings
when judge says where the money says, say "im addicted"
profit

I'd be worried about the well-being of my child. That may be naive or pie in the sky, but supporting your child financially should be a priority.
