So you are saying if not for the NFL tweets healthcare legislation gets through?
If it doesn't/didn't I don't think it ever was/would regardless.
We have no way of knowing that he didn't try just as hard regardless of a damn tweet. And not that I agree with the strategy but sometimes when the media kills you on an issue (like the liberal media does on healthcare) a sign that it has become a priority is when you attempt to shift media coverage while trying to push a plan through
I'm not here to argue about healthcare or political ethics, just that because he tweeted about the NFL doesn't mean he's any less involved in any other aspect

No, I'm saying he took the public's eyes off of healthcare and onto some stupid shite.
He can sell healthcare all he wants but the second he starts bitching about the NFL all that is a distant memory.

The "liberal media" has dick to do with
rallying GOP senators . Even if you say they would fight him, it's his job to fight them back for legislation. He won an election in spite of the media, he can get a legislative victory.
