The person that has fricked it all up is Joe Alleva. How in the world that clown got the gig in the first place is beyond absurd.
I don't dislike O but there is a reason no one else wanted him as a HC. He had a 4 month head start on a search and totally fricked up.

It’s scary that fans on a message board had a better vision for hiring a new head coach than the athletic director. You could just feel the train wreck happening all along.
