I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I'm almost 100% certain he has a degree in Criminal Justice. Grew up a military brat and was one of the best cornerbacks in the game for a few years.

I would guess that his exposure as an NFL player for a decade probably opened up some avenues to meet some people to make this a possibility. I'm not sure how hard the vetting/entry process is in the FBI but I'm sure it's strenuous
