There are plenty of plays in a playbook that call for the QB to throw to where the receiver is GOING to be. Certain throws the QB throws it before the receiver has even turned around.. by design. It sounds to me like Myles made the correct throw in the correct spot, and that Drake (by his own admission) should have been in position to catch it.
