He's not wrong, but the entire situation is massively divisive. The funniest part is the fans have the most power in this situation. If all the people who complained about it actually bothered to turn off their TV sets and do something else for a couple of weeks, the kneeling would instantly be addressed. The problem is, like everything else, only lip service is given.

To me it speaks to a larger problem at hand, screaming for change while not putting yourself out there. I constantly read all of these frankly idiotic statements on TD, FB, Twitter, and other social media sites about how shitty everything is. None of those people are doing anything to better themselves, their community, or their kids. Fun fact, throwing up a "love" filter on FB or Snapchat DOES NOTHING. Running to TD to bitch about "unpatriotic athletes needing to shut up" DOES NOTHING. Fans were vocal about commercials, actually changed the channel because of it, and look what happened THEY MADE POSITIVE CHANGES.

Until the people in this country learn they collectively have more power than any politician, company, or special interest group, the system will remain broken.

Not really. The ratings have been falling ever since Kap started kneeling.

Now, however, everyone says "It has nothing to do with Kap!!cord cutting!!!"
