Also what is decent shape? Can run a mile in 7 minutes? That probably translates to less than half a round of fighting and against Joanna and the pace she can fight its less than a minute

Sure. But she's also a 115 lb woman. If a 5'10" 185 lb guy who knows how to punch even a little connects just once she's going to be rocked in a manner like she never has been from her peers. It would get even worse with a bigger man. Now cyborg is a different story all together, but Joanna is going to get absolutely wrecked by a lot of posters on here.
