I don't think you're correct. Central has it's own school district which will keep white people there. Plus, Central has a strong community pride that I don't think people give them enough credit for. Say what you want about Central, but the people from there are proud to be and are usually hard working, blue collar folks who give a shite about their schools and their community. Pretty much the complete opposite of ghetto blacks.

I'm from Central and I agree. I wish that we would have stayed there if we were going to be in the BR area.

It's not like ghetto blacks just show up one day in a gypsy caravan. It starts with a neighborhood having low house prices and some other desirable traits (good schools, desirable location, etc). That attracts lower-middle class families. Which causes prices to drop more until you get section 8 rentals and the neighborhood is done.

Central is absolutely packed with cheap housing. The schools are way better than EBRPSS. So it is definitely coming.
