I know a lot of decent black folks. Unfortunately, the ghetto culture is as he describes but not all black people subscribe to that way of life.

Central is absolutely packed with cheap housing. The schools are way better than EBRPSS. So it is definitely coming.

Only in a few old neighborhoods like Tanglewood and Carmel Acres. There are a few others but it's mostly more expensive than BR.

These neighborhoods slammed up cheap, plain homes quickly. Unless you have something mid century/unique or in a historical area, it won't be able to complete with the new upscale subdivisions being built in Baton Rouge.

Entire was the wrong word. I should have said majority.
I know many blacks who are good people. I know many hispanics and asians who are also good people.
But only one of those 3 have a culture problem.
That's just a fact. This is the problem with the country. We have to be PC, we have to 'understand', or we will be called a bigot (I just was

BS. My house would cost about another $40-$50k in BR and I live in one of the better subdivisions in Central. Cultcha is starting to move in. We are about to sell before Montecello happens again.

I understand what you mean but entire is definitely the wrong word to use. I know many black people that are upstanding, productive citizens.
