Eating, drinking, happy, no fever? See your pediatrician tomorrow if you're concerned. Their job is to make sure your son is OK and make sure that you realize he is OK. It's never wrong to at least call if not go in the following morning.
Throwing up enough that he's not interested in drinking and/or <3 wet diapers in last 24h? Head to the ED tonight.
Get some sleep. Kids vomit a lot.

Everything Hopeful Doc said (especially the "kids vomit a lot" part).
If your kid wakes up tmrw, feels great, eats breakfast, suill feels great, and you still decide to take him to the pediatrician, then the only thing the pediatrician should be doing is reassuring you while he examines your child.
