He's a stretch big that shot the 3 as well as Solomon Hill did last year and doesn't rebound. He's basically something you can get from a minimum or cheap player but he's on roughly the same contract as Asik with 1 more year. I'd rather have Ajinca at $5 than Leonard at $10. I wouldn't trade Asik straight up for Leonard let alone use a 1st to make that swap.

You wouldn't trade Asik straight up for Leonard? I know his contract is one year longer but at least he would contribute something. We aren't getting rid of Asik and/or Ajinca without giving up first either way.If it means we save 6M next season then I can't see many other options that are realistic.
