There's just an indescribable number of options. I think they would have to be long enough to fill a series though. Do the adventures of one sellsword fill that criteria? Maybe, that could work.
My personal dream is that they cover the Long Night. Start when the citadel declares the start of Autumn and things are just starting to go to shite all the way through to the Spring.
