Penguin continuing his license for crime stuff pwning the GCPD, Harvey being a bitch (for the war thought right), Ivy starting to be relevant, Scarecrow's appearance and plot is getting entirely too stale IMO, Bruce learning and getting a better suit was cool. Overall not too much going on with this episode, but hey, that's just like my opinion man.
