Do the majority of voters in Kentucky want repeal and replace? Then why the frick is Rand opposed to repealing and replacing? He is suppose to be representing his constituencies, not himself and his own ideology
Furthermore, Kentucky is set to lose billions in funding so why would his constituents want that?
