We joke about NOLA becoming Detroit.
Its honestly gonna be worse. NOLA has less of an economy than Detroit.
Only thing that keeps NOLA afloat is tourism and dumbass hipsters who for whatever reason want to live here.

My wife is a diehard NOLA for life
I want to GTFO
But she wants 3 kids and I am more than happy at 2
I honestly am thinking about compromising to have 3 if we move, as that will actually save us money because we will get better fricking housing and free schools
