Don't see why James Franklin felt it was necessary to call timeouts, opponent still "playing" or not. The score was 56-0. Penn State is a top-5 team in the country squaring-up against Georgia State... Georgia State.

I'm not going to call it a disgrace, embarrassment, etc., etc., but put me in the camp that thinks Franklin should have been a bit more gracious in this situation.

Pretty much how I feel about it. I wouldn't freak out about it but kind of a dick move. Nothing more nothing less.
