Someone please explain exactly where this was supposed to go and who was responsible for the untouched guy who made the tackle. (Had to be 66's responsibility.)

They thought there was a fullback in the formation.

No clue what Weathersby was thinking

If they block him there is a nice big hole for Guice

We don't practice anymore

Weathersby's like "where you at Guice I'm ready for you at the 40"

Obviously, the two offensive linemen were pissed at Guice and decided not to block the defensive lineman.

I think that's supposed to be a double team and Weathersby is supposed to get to the next level. Problem is that Ingram let him by and Weathersby didn't even attempt to put his hands on him. I just don't see how both guys can leave a player unblocked. It's mindblowing.

It's a perfect example of the ol "Lookout" block... if you look closely Weathersby can be seen yelling "lookout", but alas it is too late.

It's poor communication. This was a double down block where one of the two is directly responsible for the lineman while the other shoves him off the line then moves to the next level. Both guys were trying to get to the next level, i.e. neither one of them knew what the other was doing.

Depends on the play call. If the play is suppose to go to the C gap (like it looked like) then thats the RT guy and the RG should move on to the second level like he should. Without knowing the play call its hard to say.

Usually double teams don't have a set person moving to the next level. It depends on what hole the LB fills and all. They both fricked up. Neither of them worked through the first line they shot to the second level.
