If I've ever cooked with garam masala, it was only once. Might I have used it in a recipe for Rogan Josh?
I'm still deciding what I'll make. I saw a recipe for Butter Chicken that looked interesting, but really I'm not sure!

I used it my roasted cauliflower last night. Tossed it first with some olive oil then hit it with red pepper flake, sea salt and garam masala. It was very simeple and came out delicious.

Butter chicken and aloo gobi seem to be the most popular garam masala dishes
