He needs to see a real doctor, not a nutraceutical snake oil salesman. Probiotics may be fine, if, if, they actually survive the stomach. Not all brands do. First, though, other issues need to be ruled out by a professional.

The part about Roundup altering gluten. The one about artificial sweetners altering types of bacteria in the gut. The studies you will link say "may", yet you seem to take it as gospel. Your assumption that he needs to rid his gut of fungus when you have no clue about what is going on with him.
