No. If you look closely you can see romex poking through the brick near the center of taped rectangle of where the TV will go. We used to have a mantel that went all the way across and it had a strip of outlets along the top. I unwired that when I removed the mantel. I need to cut the bricks to add a receptacle box with that existing wiring.

If you wanted to get real fancy you could hang it from the joists...
