Just give it to me straight. Is the loss of Solomon Hill ruining the season?

I was getting pumped for the season until I heard about the curse knocking out Hill most of the season. What are the Pelicans doing to address this loss? Is this going to significantly impact our playoff chances? The injuries are so frustrating I honestly wouldn't complain if the franchise moved if this BS continues

No. The main and really only thing Hill brought to the table was being able to single cover top wings. They more or less replaced that ability by signing Tony Allen. As much time as we spend fretting about the middle and bottom of the roster, it's still all about Fire and Ice and if we get the better versions of Jrue and Rondo.

I'm just not a huge fan of the Tony Allen signing. He'll be great on D but I'm terrified of the spacing.
