Want someting does not drive like a truck and toss me around like sack of potatoes.
39" or better headroom.
Ideally, electrically adjustable seat.
Pls, gentlemen of the ot, what should i buy?
Looking for used 2017 in fall.
Not a high end luxe.
If it helps, i live in northern ca mts. Some snow. Ice. Pretty much fayetteville weather in winter plus curvy mt roads with some 8 to 12% grade.
Must have serious headroom.
I must have good to great media package. Voice commands, Bluetooth and dependability.
Tia.

I have no idea what vehicles have at least 39" of headroom. And I'm not searching before recommending.
Sooooo how about a Honda Fit?

Meh - that's going to be subjective to a degree.
If you insist on AWD, then your choices are going to be limited, but I still say Toyota 4Runner.
You'll thank me later.

Are you thinking the Crosstrek/Outback? The Forester has a lot of headroom.

These are damn near the size of a Mack Truck now a days. How can anyone drive these things around boggles my mind.

My phone/internet tells me highlander is crossover but 4runner is truck body.
Will test drive highlander
Gracias to all.
There are some houses around here that would really call for 4runner due to offroad "roads".
Wont buy there because kids cars are just sedans.

Get a lightly used Porsche Macan. Base models start under $50K new.

Sequoias only come w/ sunroof which knocks out 1.5 inch of headroom. It has less headroom than you'd think.

I'm really enjoying our Hyundai Santa Fe sport. The 2.0T engine has plenty of get up when needed and gets 23-26 mpg mixed driving and has gotten up to 31 mpg on long trips.
Id say it was one of the biggest and nicest interiors we saw in comparable vehicles.

Look into the 2017 Ford Explorer. I think they clear 41" of headroom in the front seats.

F150 XLT supercrew 4x4 not lux but nice ride tons of room and you won't look like a pansy riding around in a teenieboppers car

Look up the numbers, it meets your height requirement.
If you want something built for an ogre, buy a Tahoe.

Will cost basically the same as a new 17 in fall.
I love my Ford Edge Sport. If you don't need the go fast version, you can get it well equipped in upper $20s to lows $30s.
