CSP just refuses to evolve as a playcaller. Same tired crap every drive. If I as just some guy can tell what he'll call before he calls it, I know damn sure every football coach from JV on up in the entire country does.

He used to have 2 or 3 cool wrinkles per game.

He doesn't even have 2 or 3 cool wrinkles per season the last 3 years.

All offseason, fans clamor for more runs and a more balanced attack. We get more runs and do ok moving the ball until Strief goes out. If we get TDs on those first 2 drives and don't lose Strief, it's a totally different game.

Losing Snead hurt us more than I think that any of us expected. He makes a huge difference in the game as well because he is a big weapon in the intermediary routes. We did not have that in our offense at all tonight.

We were in the red zone 5 times and inside the 5, 4 times. We have to get TDs there and not settle for FGs. That issue can be corrected.

You do realize that this is the youngest team in the NFC South in average age and that includes Brees who is old as shite to bring our average up. We will experience growing pains. This may be the season that bucks the trend of having to start strong early due to our youth. We have 3 rookies on D and 2 on O starting. That's not counting the fact that PJ Williams has all of 6 quarters of game experience.
