Vokey Wedges - Bounce and Grinds

I am looking at getting some new wedges and I know the answer is to get properly fitted but was curious how much the grinds will effect me? I play to a 10 handicap and I was planning to buy these off of eBay for a decent deal.
I researched what each grind is designed for but curious if it will really effect me? It would be three different wedges with three different grinds (F standard, M and S).
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Your handicap is irrelevant. It's all about your swing type (path, dig, etc.) and the shot you want to hit. Grind and lie angle are the two most important parts of a wedge.

Good rule of thumb to start,
take big divots or play in softer soil = more bounce
are a picker and play tight fairwars = less bounce
Avg bounce is around 10/12 degrees on a 56* wedge
