Book it...this is across the board; especially in the Government Bureaucracy. It is essentially why the (Progressive) Government has taken over the College loan powers; they can empower Colleges to be 'diploma mills' and fill the 'deep state' Bureaucracy with Prog Ideologues.
What was it the Commies said..."give me the College Professors and you can have the Army" (or something like that).
