That is either true or isn't. If its true for Unacommpanied Minors, its true for Dreamers.

The Unaccompanied Minors had just arrived. Many of the Dreamers have been here 20 years or more and have nowhere to go. Their lives are here. If you can't see the difference, I don't know what to tell you.

So how many years do they have to get away with being here illegally for us to allow them to stay? 2,5,10,15,20? Exactly how long and how do they prove they've been here illegally breaking our laws the entire time? Do we just make them full citizens or do we have any penalty for them beforehand?
