I've completed a 5x5, starting strength, and 5/3/1 programming. Looking for a little help in a new routine

Mon - Tues 5/3/1 style strength lifting
Thurs - Sat hypertrophy style workouts

Mon - Squat, Bench, Pull-Ups, abs
Tues - Deadlift, Press, Dips, abs
Wed - light cardio
Thurs - Back & Chest, 5 exercises each muscle group 4x10/12 mix of Dumbbell, machine and bar
Fri - Legs 5 exercises 4x10/12 reps mostly machines
Sat - Arms & Shoulders 5 exercises each muscle group 4x10/12 mix of Dumbbell, machine and bar

HIIT Cardio Mon/ Fri, Wed is an active test day

I do at least 2 abdominal exercises at the end of every workout except Wednesday.

My goal is strength and size

you didn't complete the 5/3/1 program, you completed a cycle or a few cycles. Just pick a new 5/3/1 template and keep on keeping on. I suggest the Building the monolith template.

I love the 5/3/1 program, but I also pyramid/burnout down on my core lift (squat if legs, cleans/dead for back, etc.). Makes the rest of the workout ridiculously hard.

Also, good to pre-exhaust here and there to confuse the muscle.
