The rationale for not giving kids the death penalty (or in some states, life in prison) is because they're brain isn't fully developed... therefore they can't fully comprehend the ramifications of their actions

Particularly California... and i mentioned them from a documentary on kids facing life in prison, and their entire justification was based on lack of mental development

Yet, these same people willfully ignore the same exact data when it is in the name "social progressivism", "social activism" and "social justice"... it's astounding how morally and mentally bankrupt some people are

And these same people don't give two fricks about the people involved... they only care about themselves and winning political and social points, at the expense of other people's lives
