Couldn't be more wrong there, but whatever. It was good enough for companies like GE to establish their headquarters, at least.

I could see it being in the Northeast, but likely not Boston. Someone mentioned Connecticut, I think that would make a lot of sense. Another city that would make some sense that I don't believe has been mentioned before is Pittsburgh.

But if I had to bet, I would agree with many posters on here that Austin (or at least TX in general) would make the most sense.

About what? That BOS is a shithole or that the NE metro corridor is unlikely?

GE is old news...got lured to BOS because it's day in Stamford was long gone and Mass native Jack Welch's bony hands still pull from the ever-receding perch built in his glory days...
