That is hard to argue. But if you don't have a certain level of concern when it comes to brain and spinal cord injuries AND you appear to put yourself into the medical process (instead of letting a team doctor operate independently)... you will not like the headlines that break when one of those players inevitably suffers significant injury.
Football is a dangerous enough sport without ignoring medical warning signs.
