it won't get any more valuable than this. I'm sure Alexander felt that way when he got CP3 and said welp, 2 franchise caliber stars.

I mean he bought the team for relatively nothing. He has money and there is no reason to sell if the family enjoys the team. I mean if he had a stupid amount of investment in the team tied up I could see selling, but he does not. The guy bought them for about $300 million. He will never lose on that deal.

If the Bensons just want money, they can wait until closer to 2024 and forego extending/entering a lease. If there is no expansion by then, an unencumbered team would create a massive bidding war. The talent of the current team is not the driving force in the valuations.
