Can't believe only 45K tickets have been sold. You must all be scared and choose to watch it at home instead. Bama and Clemson would sell this mother fricker out. Sad to see where the program is headed.

Where are you getting the totals?
Posted on 9/2/17 at 11:58 am to Lester Earl
he's been a ray of sunshine all week shitting on New Orleans and the dome as much as possible.

You do realize that many of the fans that would have been going are in the middle of a catastrophic flood, and others are busy helping those people affected, right?
That plans changed less than a week ago and people that would have gone to NRG can't make it to the superdome, not to mention hotels and other logistics...kind of coming across like a dick right now.

I just drove from 3 AM to noon all the way from Dallas today for this game. Suck my dick.

If ticket prices were cut in half maybe people would actually go. $40 for a nose bleed seat in the dome is a ripoff

You're crazy. That quickly of a change of venue coupled with the circumstances?

I knew I'd get this response at least once. That's understandable. But the fact that they are putting lower bowl tickets on sale for $20 just to make the attendance somewhat decent is sad!
Dickhead.
Dickhead.

Shut the program down
That is the only reasonable response

Maybe they should have priced tickets to sell. $40 for terrace seats at the dome... no thanks.

Top tier programs don't worry about attendance issues, douche.

This is such bullshite speculation. Call me when one of those teams has games routinely moved due to natural disasters. We'll see how well they sell out.

I had 8 tickets to the game Houston, unfortunately Harvey ruined those plans and New Orleans just isn't option this weekend for us. Still lots of cleanup to do here in Houston. I would say this accounted for at least 5-10K in ticket sales for those of us affected here in Houston.

Great, a Texan is coming to our games now.

No it isnt. You do realize its a holiday weekend right? Most people have trips planned and othetr things, that werent originally going to Houston.
Also a large portuon of the fanbase that was going to br in Houston are from Houston and kind of have more important things to worry about

Ever consider that a huge portion of the ones that expected to go to this game live in Houston? People have jobs, can't just drop everything with barely no notice to go to a game.
