what system are you on?
IMO the problem is less with bungie/activision and more the fact that the raid takes a really long time and is hard to figure out. a group of randoms might not even finish it. The puzzles are unclear. It ishard enough to get someone to commit to a 30-40 min CSGO match let alone a raid.
I think they are going to eventually add matchmaking to the raid as they have been getting a ton of negative feedback on it, but add a system that will ban players for abandoning.
