I mean, this guy expects us to believe that Don Shows just went around telling coaches that he was recruiting their best players. And these coaches didn't have the balls to turn him in because they were friends and competitors. WTF?
Again, I'm not claiming a squeaky clean program. I know of no specific wrong doing that has ever been done, but I'm not so naive to think there is no chance that it has happened.
And no offense to General and Lester but that was just a preemptive strike for when they call me a homer, etc.
I want to hear more of the story, reo45. What kind of car did Shows offer this kid? 3 story house in Darbonne Hills? Was he going to get his dad a job with the city making 6 figures?
I guess Arledge needs to make more friends with the local high school coaches so he could get away with these shenanigans.
