Allied tire on Staring Lane. They've always given me the best deals after shopping around.

If you aren't local then Costco/Sam's is the way to go. I've read that Costco Sam's sells a lower quality tire then its competitors. But I've always doubted these claims. I don't think Michelin is running two different assembly lines to sell the same model tires.

Allied is great. Staring or Airline. Both locations are great. They also have a location in Hammond now.
They'll match most any deals and they have decent budget tires too(better than NTB and Walmart).

ETA: in last 5 years, Twice I've gotten 60k mile tires on Honda Accord for under $600. Comes with free rotations for life of tawrs.
