Ah... so civil rights only extend to the government? Can a corporation then descriminate on racial bias, religions and the like, because they are not the federal government?

And apparently only the federal government. I guess the state government of Louisiana can now make it mandatory to have morning prayer at school and force everyone say "Under God" during the pledge of allegiance since state and local governments have zero responsibility in regards 1st amendment rights.
