I just bought a 5/8 and 1/2 flash hider for my suppressor (AAC 762-SDN-6). Most manufacturers should offer it, but I'm not positive. You could also use a thread adapter. I don't have any experience with that route, though.

I have a SilencerCo Harvester in 7.62 SilencerCo makes a thread adapter that is part of the Harvester. I shoot the 7.62 on a 5.56 without any issues. I think it is less efficient due to the larger bore, but it still works fine.
