I know it's my responsibility just didn't want to chase down leaks in the house if the issue was in the yard. I'll have someone come take a look.
Yes, my yard is wet but seems to only be near the meter so hopefully not too far from that point.
Appreciate the input. The water company just didn't seem to think it would be a pipe in my yard on my side of meter. They were convinced it was a toilet inside but we don't have any leaks that I have discovered.

Water moves and accumulates in a low spot. Leak could be up the line from the meter considerable distance. Can you see any deposits of sand by any chance in your yard where it's wet?
