It's just a claim. A lie can not be established as a "lie" until actual enactment of the process...and the passage of time and analysis of data... can be evaluated, before a counter claim can be made. Only then can something be proven to be either true or false.
But remember......it's not a lie if you believe it.

The idea that paying people to do nothing, in THIS country, would motivate them to get educated and start businesses is asinine and you know it.

If one cannot work the current system of assistance, benefits, and gimmies into some sort of self-sufficiency, the odds of doing it with straight cash payment wouldn't seem to be any better
