Yeah, I talk with the owner when I went the second time. Told him about the other positive reviews on Yelp, and that is when he told me there are more reviews/comments on Facebook. As simple as that! As a new business owner, it is obviously natural that he has to check on customer feedback making sure he is doing things right, and to improve on his product. He is up front as you can also see in Facebook that he thanks some of his reviewers.

He stands on his own merits. He doesn't have to resort to tactics of posting fake reviews to drum up business, like some other posters have suggested. So much for the conspiracy theories and condescending insults....
