For sure. And doubtful it'd be during a tournament round.
What are his past tournament scores? Shouldn't they be bringing his handicap down though? They stay in longer than regular rounds.

Nothing extraordinary this season but he places in the top ten every tourney and finishes first once a year (at -3 or better) out of 4 possible tourneys. His best rounds i.e. He beats his cap by 3 or more are in our tournaments. We putt out; no gimmes FTR.
