Understand that each game is priced differently depending on opponent. The face value of games like CLE, GS, LAL are always markably higher than other games. Crap teams are obviously cheaper.
So you can seemingly sell a few big games and recoup some of your money

We are going to draft the games, ends up being 10-11 each. So essentially we get to pick our own "12 game" package and are guaranteed playoff tickets.
And this is the way to go. Actually get some good seats at an affordable price.
