Yeah - I ignore Quote collectors too. I'm in business to make money, not help people collect quotes . They are the 20% of time wasters I avoid at all costs because they prevent me from being more profitable and efficient. If you want an appointment, my appointment setter will be more than happy to arrange a friendly consultation at your earliest convenience.

I get that. Trust me, I do. I can appreciate where you are coming from. Goes back to "don't pitch the bitch" at the front desk because she isn't the decision maker. I'm not a quote collector.
I have provided the information that is being requested in their own questionnaire along with all of the applicable and required IDs. And they still won't respond.
