To be fair, finding hydromorphone in his urine test does not necessarily mean he used dilaudid (hydromorphone). Vicodin (hydrocodone) is broken down in the body to the active metabolite of hydromorphone which is the main mechanism in which it causes pain relief.

Anyone know much about tramadol?

I'm guessing it is the minor leagues compared to some of the stuff being discussed, just wondering if there are any experiences with it.

Yeah but its Tiger freaking Woods we are talking about. The guy clearly doesn't play in the minors with his drugs. You may be right, but at this point who doubts he doesn't play with the heaviest hitters out there?

Nashram is right. You would need to review the test results to determine if he took dilaudid. Hydromorphone is a minor metabolite of hydrocodone. If the ng/ml reading for hydromorphone was close to equaling or over the hydrocodone reading, it would be a good indication that he was taking dilaudid and hydrocodone. Pretty dangerous combination. Not to even mention the xanax and ambien positives.

Also, opioids remain present in your urine for up to 72 hours. Xanax and most other benzodiazepines remain up to five days. Ambien's detection time is much shorter - only up to a day.
