What evidence do you have that he was doing that, other than the claim of someone else?

It was taken to court. I haven't done in-depth research of the trial, but a Judge ruled that's what he was doing. So there was evidence of him doing so.

He admitted to violating court orders, and then he was found guilty of violating a court order to stop his profiling practices. I don't think he's really said otherwise.
